The members of this project did wonderfully in carrying out their vision for the project from start to finish. The development team organized into specialized groups for tackling the project’s features, and budgeted time well enough to afford a few stretch goals, including personalized logos and a fine attention to details and styling! The team used agile, implementing daily stand-ups, weekly sprints with planning and retrospectives.
